About Us

We offer lunch/dinner catering, pop-up event vending, pick-up and delivery of pre-ordered vegan meats, tamales, Jackfruit posole and others of your favorite Mexican food.

We have our hearts set on cruelty-free Mexican, New Mexican, and Mountain-mex food. We want to show the culture that you can be Vegan and Latinx!

Many of our people suffer from diabetes, gout, and high blood pressure and we’re here to support our people who may be looking to change their lifestyle and still want to eat the food they know and love!

    I’m actually a test technician at place like Ball Aerospace and Lockheed Martin by day. By night I am a Vegan Chef. It’s become my passions to share my cultures traditions with the world with no meat or meat products. Have you ever heard of vegan posole? or vegan carne asada tacos? give us a try and experience our mexican traditions vegan style!

    Me and my husband began to make traditional mexican plate vegan. This started a uproar with all of our friends and family so we decided to make it a business. In this adventure I’ve found my true passion in serving vegan food.
